For Consumers
Sign up with your email to get a personal wallet and a virtual stored-value card. From there you can:
- Send & receive money — transfer to anyone by email, with autocomplete for past recipients.
- Pay with QR codes — scan a merchant's QR to pay, or generate your own QR to request funds.
- Show your barcode — present your virtual card barcode at any Pocket Pass point-of-sale terminal.
- Add to Apple or Google Wallet — your stored-value card works as a native wallet pass.
- Go passwordless — register a passkey and sign in with Face ID, fingerprint, or security key.
- Stay informed — get in-app notifications, push alerts, and email for every transaction.
For Businesses
Set up your company, add branches and employees, and start accepting payments the same day. Business features include:
- Point of sale — scan customer barcodes or generate itemised QR invoices with product orders.
- Inventory management — stock levels update automatically on every sale, restock, and return.
- Accounting — every payment creates a ledger entry tied to your branch account (revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities).
- Product catalogue — add products with categories, prices, and supplier information, searchable from the POS.
- Promotions — create promo codes with percentage or fixed discounts and date ranges.
- Refunds & returns — process customer refunds and product returns with status tracking.
- Team access — invite employees by email. Each gets their own wallet plus access to your store's POS and admin tools.
How It Connects
When a customer pays a merchant, the system handles everything atomically: the wallet balance updates, an accounting entry is created, inventory is adjusted, Apple Wallet passes refresh, and both parties get notified — all in one transaction.
