These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User", "You", or "Your") and Pocket Pass Digital ("Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), governing Your use of the digital wallet services provided by the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, You agree to be bound by this Agreement. If You do not agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use the Platform.

1. Account Registration and Eligibility

1.1. To use the Platform, You must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You must be of legal age in Your jurisdiction to enter into this Agreement and use the Platform.

1.2. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of Your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under Your account.

2. Digital Wallet Services

2.1. The Platform provides digital wallet services enabling Users to store, send, and receive digital currencies and/or tokens ("Digital Assets").

2.2. You acknowledge that the Platform does not provide fiat currency services and is not a financial institution.

3. User Obligations

3.1. You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.2. You shall not use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

3.3. You agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Platform.

4. Fees

4.1. The Platform may charge fees for certain transactions or services. Fee schedules will be made available to You on the Platform.

4.2. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with Your use of the Platform.

5. Security

5.1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of Your account and safeguarding Your account credentials.

5.2. You agree to promptly notify the Platform of any unauthorized access to or use of Your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with Your use of the Platform.

6.2. The Platform makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information or services provided.

7. Termination

7.1. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your access to the Platform at any time for any reason without prior notice.

7.2. Upon termination, Your account will be deactivated, and You will no longer have access to the Platform.

8. Amendments

8.1. The Platform reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform.

8.2. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of such changes.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].

This Agreement is effective as of January 1, 2025.
